Pele match worn Brazil shirt from the 1970 World Cup Finals. The shirt was worn in the second half of the first match Brazil played against Czechoslovakia on 3rd June 1970. Pele scored a goal wearing the shirt in a 4-1 victory. The shirt was exchanged with the Czech No 9 midfielder Ladislav Kuna. The game is often rememebered as the one when Pele tried to chip the keeper from the half way line.
It comes complete with an original letter signed by Kuna, verified by a lawyer. It also comes with an original letter signed by 3 former players who testify they saw Kuna exchange the shirt with Pele. We have also got video evidence of the exchange on the pitch. There are also 2 faxed letters of these testimonies that were signed a while ago with various authenticity checks made which we are happy with. the ownership of the shirt has also been verified by a leading auction house.
